Job Description
- Plan a clear strategic vision for the relationships with our key accounts aligning with the company’s objectives and strategy.
- Maintaining existing relationships with stakeholders to enhance customer retention with our key accounts complying with the initial strategy.
- Provide the sales manager with any needed data or reports to support the business.
- Managing all the needs/requirements for our key accounts taking in consideration many products that will best satisfy the clients’ needs.
- Conducting technical presentations to demonstrate how a product will meet the client needs in a professional direction.
- Preparing offers, negotiating contract terms, and solving problems to close deals complying with the company’s sales policy.
- Achieving sales target (quarterly/ annually) with respect to the milestones for the sales plan and taking in consideration the varieties of the segments/ sectors from the market’s share.
- Establish cooperation between all fields and segments in a creative way based on market needs.
- Preparing continuous reports about the market and the clients to be able to get new opportunities.
- Recording and maintaining client contact data to build a comprehensive client database.
- Searching for new clients to expand the business and achieve annual growth in the sales.
- Coordinate with other departments within the company to fulfill client`s requirements and needs on time and solve any problems.
Job Requirements
- Graduated from Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering university is a must.
- 5-7 years’ experience in a related field.
- Good command of English Language.
- Very Good computer skills.
- Self-motivated individual with Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
- Team Player and Goal Oriented Person.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
