Job Description
- Full Accountability for Clubs Gyms' P&L
- Manpower Plan & Budget
- Manpower Hiring for New Gyms' Staff
- Design of New Clubs Gyms
- Cooperate with Supply Chain Dept. in the Selection & Nomination of GYM Equipment Machines for NEW GYM’s
- Maintenance Contract for WD Clubs GYM’s Equipment & Machines and SPA Facilities.
- Set and agree on the Marketing Plan in cooperation with the Marketing Dept.
- Conduct Monthly Meetings with Clubs Gyms' Managers
- Periodical Visits to Clubs Gyms
- Submit a monthly report of the performance of Personal Trainers.
- Follow-up on Gym 'Members Traffic Monthly Report' provided by the IT Dept.
- Develop GYM & SPA Operation Manual
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (MUST)
- Commercial & Strong Analytical Background (MUST)
- General Business Management (Preferable)
- Personal Training Experience & Certification (Preferable)
