Job Description
- Acting on behalf of the club’s deputy director or the club director in his absence.
- Preparing a work plan for the department according to shifts and reviewing it periodically to update it according to work needs.
- Explaining and clarifying the club’s current or new regulations to the work team and members in a flexible and clear manner.
- Showing commitment to work plans and following up on the implementation.
- Providing daily reports to management on members’ needs based on the communication with members and management.
- Providing assistance to members and responding to their inquiries to ensure the highest level of member satisfaction.
- Handling members’ problems in a way that does not conflict with the club’s regulations.
- Providing the work team with all available information on an ongoing basis to quickly respond to the member’s questions.
