Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Protecting company right in different legal aspects such as Lawsuit, Implementation of the Internal regulation, before different authorities, design best scenario for any project to avoid any legal risk,
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Legal cases- Responsible of all legal cases initiated by or against the Companies such defaults cases, commercial, labor, criminal cases.Presenting legal notices, law suits, defensive memos and arrangement for all steps of defensive actions in general.
2.Dealing with Governmental Authorities/Entities.
- Dealing and representative the company before different governmental Authorities such as (Customs Authority, Ports’ Authorities, Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban, Public Notary, Police Stations and Public Prosecution).Represent the company before different authorities such as: Notary Public, Customs Authority, MCDR and Ports’ Authorities.
3. Investigations
- Conduct all the required investigation regarding any breach of company regulation with preparing final report including the penalties if any.
4. Keep updated by the new laws.
- Civil
- Criminal.
- Labor.
- Commercial and all other related legislation
5. Solving Ad Hoc problems.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Law
Minimum Experience:
- 5-10 yearsPrevious experience as Corporate Lawyer Legislation.
Job specific Skills:
- Good language skills (Arabic and English).
- Good analytical skills.
- Excellent Negotiations skills.
- Excellent pleading competence.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company Image to the public.
- Service driven and able to work in a team.
