Project Coordinator will ensure that all assigned tasks will be carried out effectively within the timeline, projects run from the IT PMO adhere to best practice as embodied in the Project and Portfolio management framework for IT Projects. The framework is based on Project Management Professional standards.

Detailed Tasks:

Effectively manage the Coordination and follow-up with different people and get things done
Operational IT PMO Quality assurance processes under department responsibilities
Develop, maintain, improve and Own IT PMO Quality Assurance E2E methodology
Operational communication processes in all dimensions
Implement and maintain accurate Quality Assurance as well as Operations reporting processes as well as the report itself
Continuously demand and assure improvements in the efficiency of supervised employees
Assure continuity in terms of seniority and maturity of people, their capacity in order to be able to deliver commitments to the senior management on time and expected quality.
Implementing PMO Quality and Administrative processes and policies
Familiar with concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Implementing reports in a professional way according to Bank standards
Reporting to an IT PMO managing and Project senior management
Escalation level for projects and their management in PMO related processes
Manage response and processes for high-criticality issues for projects.
Review historical, existing and ongoing projects to understand lessons learned.
Apply the principles of best practice guidelines from areas like PMP and Six Sigma

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ Years in managing IT Projects
Minimum a bachelor’s degree in computer science/computer engineering or similar area
ITIL or COBIT qualification will be an advantage

Minimum Experience:

Proven track record of knowledge Project and program management and the associated methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches
Data Center Experience
Infrastructure (Servers, Storage & Backup, Network, Virtualization, etc.)
Systems Integrations
MS project, and Major office tools
At least 5 years of experience in a banking environment
Proven track record of knowledge Reporting techniques and methodologies (report definition, design, implementation, presentation to C-level)
Proven track record of successful improvements in project management practices
Proven track record of knowledge Project Quality management and the associated methodologies
Proven track record of successful implementation of new techniques and tools
Vast experience in substantial team leadership
Proven track record from Technology oriented topics
Experience in a business critical 24*7 environment
Proven track of People management skills
