Job Description

  • The talent development specialist will work closely with the talent development Manager to support organization-wide learning and employee development initiatives.
  • The Specialist will help in assessing training needs through employee interviews or consultations with managers or instructors.
  • The talent Development Specialist will be responsible for supporting the company learning and development strategy through coordination and/or facilitation of learning programs for various audiences across multiple learning platforms (e-learning, self-paced and instructor-led etc.).
  • Also the position is responsible for verifying that procedures are followed and databases are maintained in accordance with Al Mansour standards for accuracy and reliability.
  • The talent Development Specialist will be accountable for carrying the organization’s reputation and professional manner of conducting business into dealing with colleagues, learning vendors and carriers in accordance with AL Mansour Core Values.
  • Responsible of all development initiatives implementation, operations and communications
  • Responsible of all Blue collar’s development operations, communications and follow up on the implementation of the sessions
  • Responsible of launching and sharing evaluation feedback surveys on the LMS post all conducted courses/ sessions
  • Responsible of generic/ public calendar courses booking, confirmations, reporting, launching and updating.
  • Responsible of handling all L&D invoices and financials, providing expenses tracking report on a monthly basis
  • Accountable for the LMS ongoing maintenance, content update and response to requests and confirmations.
  • Provide an accumulated report of all L&D activities including; Checkpoint analysis report at the end of each development track and monthly report on LMS status, usage, and approvals
  • Support & maintain Organization management ongoing projects
