Job Description
- Announcing the new products to the customers under his responsibility.
- Being in charge of all the sales process for the customers under his responsibilities.
- Ensure all the reporting requested by the Business manager
- Collect all the needs of the customers under his responsibility and advert the business manager and/or the Sales & Commercial Assistant.
- Achieve set sales targets.
- Ensure preparing the daily customer visit report and the weekly plan report to the Business Manager in due time.
- Visit regularly the customers under his responsibility to explore new opportunities and satisfy the customer needs.
- Provide samples when it's requested by the customers, in coordination with the logistics team (internal & external) and the Sales & Commercial Assistant.
- Present the offers to the customers under his responsibility in coordination with the Sales & Commercial Assistant and according to the pricing strategy set by the suppliers and by the Business Manager.
- Control and coordinate receivables collections for the customers under responsibility with the Cash Collectors and the Sales & Commercial Assistant.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Commercial Assistant all the sales and purchasing process under the approval of the Business Manager and according to the internal and external processes.
- Expand the customer base & product’s distribution in his assigned area.
- Measure the customer's satisfaction for the customers under his responsibility according to the internal procedures.
Job Requirements
- Ideal candidate should be graduated from faculty of Pharmacy, or Faculty of Science as a second option.
- 3 to 5 Years of experience.
- Excellent in English Language
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
