Job Description
- Welcomes and answers all inquiries from customers in branch and via phone.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Receives payments and gives out receipts for them, registering them in daily log.
- Manage classrooms in according to schedule
- Keep records of all conversations in our engagements database in a comprehensible way
- Handles complaints and act upon according to organization policy.
- Work according to rosters which include morning, evening shifts during weekdays, weekends and some national holidays.
- Reply to messages and comments on social media platforms
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
