Job Description
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Answer Customers inquires on social media page.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email.
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Provide customers with ongoing technical support to resolve any issues.
- Provide Assistance to service providers helping maintain high provider satisfaction.
- Maintain operations cycle by ensuring customer requests are properly tracked and completed efficiently.
- Follow proper escalation protocol to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Demonstrate and explain the operation and use of our services to consumers.
- Help in maintain Service Provider Accounts and Opening New ones with help of sales team.
- Follow Up Meetings and Co-ordinate Visits of Sales or Tech Support.
- Help in Operation and SP handling or Data Entry
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good Communication skills
- Fair English
- Android devices awareness
- Smart phones overall feedback
- Live in Giza or near.
