Job Description
- Work on implementing the human resources plan of recruiting, training and KPIs key performance indicator
- Review man power needs to address current and future occupations gaps
- Participate in preparation of CEPACK annual MPP and recruitment plan, retention plans, and career development.
- Explores the market best practices and channels in the recruitment and staffing to implement in the organization
- Maintain and update candidate database for all occupations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferably an human resources
- Any other certificates required
- 1-3 years relevant experience in human resources .
