Job Description
- First line support for the users
- Answer staff questions in person and via phone and email on all company supported applications.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, IP phones, printers, and networks problem.
- Perform hardware and software installations.
- Administrating the AD, Domain Controllers, File Servers, Exchange
- Make sure to follow the IT process and the COPC guidelines
- Microsoft windowsWin7 and Win 8.
- Windows Server 2003,2008 and 2012
- Office 2003, 2007,2010 and 2013.
- LAN, WAN troubleshooting.
- Good analytical skills for troubleshooting various applications
- Antivirus and antispyware software awareness
- Working knowledge with AD, DNS, DHCP.
- Working knowledge with Microsoft infrastructure
- Understanding of Network fundamentals
- CCNA /MCSA
Job Requirements
- 1 year to 3 year of experience.
- Computer Engineering or Computer Science grad.
- Very Good English
