Job Description
- Arranging the consultants schedule to cover the clinics working hours on all branches
- Regular interaction with consultants to develop internal relations
- Managing the on boarding process of new consultants to Oasis Clinics
- Orienting New consultants with Oasis Clinics culture and policies
Increasing consultants base through referrals, PR activities, events or prospecting - Efficient handling of patients’ complaints and suggestions and reporting serious issues to
management - Identifying the root cause of patients’ top complaints and concerns and notifying concerned departments
- Fulfills the role of Manager on duty (MOD) through rotating sessions with other
managers covering the peak hours to solve all problems
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field, master’s degree is preferable
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in related fields
- Must possess strong leadership skills
- Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Must possess strong communication skills
- Must possess empathy towards patients and staff
- Must possess excellent networking and selling skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Excellent computer skills
- Presentable & Pleasant personality
