- To contribute to the design and delivery of people and organizational development strategies.
- The management of change in support of the organization’s strategic and operational plans, providing information, advice, and services as required.

- Bachelor degree of Business Administration or related discipline

- Professional or academic certificate in Human Resources Field

- Excellent command of the English language.
- Possess a high level of interpersonal skills and demonstrated the ability to work independently. and as part of a team across both the education and service sectors.
- Excellent Business writing skills.
- Excellent command of using Microsoft package “PowerPoint, Word, and Excel”.
- Excellent Administration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks.
- High-level networking and liaison skills, both internally across the University and externally.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think laterally.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
