Job Description
- Collect data on the competitor, perform market research & analysis of market trends, competitor’s campaigns, prices, competitors marketing strategies.
- Work with advertising agencies on a day-to-day basis to support and execute the promotional campaign (Digital media as well as TV & Radio.
- Help in drafting the PR communication messages.
- Customer behavior analysis, including the different needs of the customers based on the socio-demographic criteria.
- Clear understanding and capabilities of identifying customers buying habits.
- Brainstorm with the team and stakeholders to reach the best marking plan.
- Development and create marketing campaign initiatives.
- Work with the designers to reach the best outcome.
- Put in place a follow-up metrics to measure the outcome of the marketing campaign.
- Able to develop reports and clearly explain the outcome of the researches as well as the marking campaign.
- Able to perform presentations.
- Cascade the marketing plan to the stakeholders.
- Review literature to support the research made.
- Build a research questionnaire.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in marketing or advertising field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in marketing and communication field.
- Preferred experience in e-commerce & digital marketing.
- Knowledge of pricing process.
- Use of SPSS is a plus.
- Experience in website designing is a plus.
- Experience with P&L is a plus.
- Experience with putting in place a marketing budget.
- Fluent English level.
- Excellent writing skills in both Arabic & English.
- Proficient in Excel, word and power point.
