Job Description
- Perform daily payroll department operations.
- Manage work-flow to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Prepare monthly company payroll taking into consideration all actions that impact payroll such as overtime, vacations, resignations, promotions and other payroll effects at Deadline.
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
- Reply various inquiries regarding payroll in a timely manner.
- Follow up from hiring to resignation cycle with HR department.
- Editing and following up all incentives and bonus.
Job Requirements
- Graduate in Business Administration, Economics or Related Fields.
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in payroll.
- Experienced in retail or distribution is a must.
- SAP user is a must.
- Strong MS Office skills are a must.
- Very good level of flexibility and time management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent in English Language.
