Job Description
Do you consider yourself a technical support superhero? Do you have what it takes to solve customers technical issues?
If the above describes you, we’d like you to join our team as a ticket/chat technical support agent (for immediate hire).
- You will help our customers from all around the world to solve software technical issues.
- The available position is for an afternoon shift, and the working hours are from 3 PM to 11 PM Cairo time.
- You need a laptop for this position.
Job Requirements
- Perfect written/spoken English is a MUST.
ANY knowledge in the following would be amazing:
- Understand the difference between users technical issues and bugs
- Any hosting related knowledge including CPanel, LINUX
- Any WordPress usage knowledge
- Any HTML, CSS, JS knowledge
