Job Description
The job holder is responsible for the administration of diverse personnel & benefits activities such as maintaining the employment documents, recording employees’ data, compiling the relevant report, and administering the different benefits programs.
1. Employee files and contracts:
- Processes employment applications
- Updates personnel records
- Maintains an accurate filing system for all employees
- Documents contracts and ensures their compliance with the Egyptian labor laws and regulations
2. Company benefits programs:
- Coordinates employee enrollment in the company benefits program with external providers through acting as a liaison between both parties.
- Issues employee-entry permits for the free zone
- Responds to employee requests and inquiries related to the different benefits programs.
- Maintains records for social, medical, life, and/or other coverage for eligible employees and family members
3. HR Dashboard:
- Compiles monthly voluntary termination figures of employees across the company.
- Develops and maintains a turnover analysis report.
