- We are seeking an ITIL Trainer / Consultant who is highly motivated to work as part of the Global Best Practices team at RAKICT.
- The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, proactive, have excellent communication skills as well as a proven hands-on experience on related subjects. RAKICT is AXELOS Training Partner and uses Accredited Official Courseware.
- ITIL trainer will lead training programs for individuals / Corporates who want to become ITIL certified.
- Will lead lectures, group activities, hands-on demonstrations, field questions, facilitate student discussions and are responsible for keeping the class on task and adhering to the agenda.
- Most importantly they are responsible for ensuring the students successfully meet their learning objectives.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of training / Hands-on experience in an organizational or enterprise environment,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Experience delivering classroom-based training in AXELOS courses
- Expert knowledge about ITSM best practices and ITIL processes. Good knowledge about ITSM tools (HPSM, Remedy, ServiceNow, ETC.)
- Good knowledge about IT Governance, Project Management and IT architecture Best Practices.
- Strong client service orientation
- Professional and punctual demeanor
- Relevant ITSM certificates (ITIL Expert- Lifecycle or Capability Modules, Cobit5, Prince2)
- Willingness to travel
