  • Overlooking and executing all communication matter within the office either internally or externally with clients.
  • Managing appointments and meeting of owners and managing their calendars.
  • Managing all related administrative work like printing and editing documents and contracting.
  • Ensuring the look and feel of the premises according to company's standards.
  • Reporting violations, threats to owners and associate heads Managing office supplies and needs.
  • Filling of all company's related contracts and files Managing all meetings and ensuring capture of minutes of meetings.
  • Reporting attendance on monthly basis to accounting department.
  • Performing all needed market research and analysis tasks assigned to her on competition.
