Job Description
We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions.
Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for all of these areas:
- Recruiting and staffing logistics
- Organizational and space planning
- Performance management and improvement systems
- Organization development
- Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
- Employee orientation, development, and training
- Policy development and documentation
- Employee relations
- Company employee communication
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Employee services and counseling
Job Requirements
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
- Deep experience the Human Resources field.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development or equivalent.
- 4 to 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources positions.
- Specialized training in employment law, recruitment & selection, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and labor relations, preferred.
- Professional in Human Resources certification preferred, not required.
