About the Job
  • Travel request- accommodation -Air Tickets, Hotel, Transportations, VISA, etc…
  • Track stocks of office supplies & stationery and place orders when necessary.
  • Manage office logistics (rent, facilities, buffet needs, maintenance), office budgets, payments
  • Make sure that the office is always neat & organized
  • Office printouts; Business cards, banners, flyer, etc…
  • Assist in Arranging interviews meetings.
  • Keep all documentation and files updated, properly filed and easily accessible for the internal users.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Help in conducting some office & sales reports
