About the Job
  • Collect content, draft and prepare marketing collateral to include articles, press releases, advertising and announcements, as well as Nozzom newsletter and corporate brochures
  • Develop content for presentations and templates (PowerPoint, Microsoft Word)
  • Develop media, advertising, and internal campaigns in coordination with Comms team
  • Assist in the logistics of both media and communication events in terms of registration, obtaining quotes, contacting event organizers, coordinating with relevant departments to ascertain their needs during events
  • Maintain good media relations, acquire quotations when needed, and coordinate processes with media regarding the issuing of public communications
  • Perform other corporate communications duties as assigned
  • Responsible for creation and updating of corporate communications databases (media, client lists, expenditures, etc.)
  • Prepare project work plans and track, monitor and report project progress
  • Involved in the coordination and planning of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
  • Prepare payments, follow up with the Finance department and track expenditures
  • Work closely with other Comms team members to implement and support communications plans
  • Demonstrate teamwork, as well as collaborate and support different teams within the organization
  • Drive positive culture and build positive relationships within team and with stakeholders
  • Responsible for creation, maintenance, and daily updates of social media channels, intranet and company website to increase Giza Systems visibility and positioning, as well as website traffic
    • Involved in internal communication activities aimed at building brand image and brand ownership, as well as raising awareness of Giza Systems

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or Public Relations
