Job Description
ZGeneral Purpose
- Responsible for ensuring service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
- Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
- Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality systems
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Prepare regular technical reports for quality projects.
- Collect and compile statistical quality data
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
- Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Monitor risk management activities
- Responsible for document management systems
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
- Manage and coordinate contract and agreements perfromancele to perform, manage, execute, conduct training courses with respect to quality aspects and issues
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor degree at a minimum from governmental university / institute or accredited accountably recognised non-governmental university / institute
- Training course in Quality assurance, certification and accreditation .
- Very Good in technical writing and reports.
- Experience with implementation of corrective action programs
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
- Experience in surfing and performing structured research on internet
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills - verbal and written
- Good reporting skills
- Team work caliber
- Good computer skills
- MS Office and MS PM is a must
- Data collection, management and analysis
