Mission :
- You will be responsible for both outbound and inbound sales, including sales development, lead generation strategies, and market response with quotes, and order processing.
- You will play a key role in customer acquisition, sales strategy, and relationship management to grow our company revenues, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Performing outbound sales activities, and contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn or other channels
- Responding to inbound inquiries to answer their questions, provide quotes, and schedule follow up meetings to close the business.
- Reviewing customer requirements to provide the optimal solution for their organization
- Scheduling meetings and demos
- Working with the team to improve our business by measuring activity and effectiveness.
- Managing your customer portfolio
- Developing long-lasting customer relationships and nurturing current relationships
- Acting as a trusted advisor to new and prospective customers
- Troubleshooting technical issues and communicate with customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Very good or fluent English .
- +2 years in sales/business development role, preferably selling software / technology solutions and managing the “cultivation” phase of the sales cycle.
