About the Job

Communication:

  • Develop Corporate Communications tools promoting (THE COMPANY) image and reputation in Egypt.
  • Provide HQ with the needed materials to produce articles for internal or/and external distribution such as (Intranet, (THE COMPANY) magazines: Itineraries, etc…)
  • Manage publishing materials for external distribution using (THE COMPANY) Chart such as (Agenda & greeting cards, give aways, business cards, etc…)
  • Follow-up of PR plan to ensure press releases diffusion at the right time.
  • Participation in monitoring press stories relating to the company and maximize opportunities for positive PR and playing down any negative PR.
  • Participation in external Fair organization (EGYPS…)

Corporate Social Responsibility:

  • Follow-up of CSR strategy and projects
  • Attend relevant industry events
  • Contribute in the CSR reporting to the HQ.
  • Reach out to the public via (external publication) to deliver the message of the company’s commitment to social responsibility
  • Communicate CSR projects to the staff.
Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master Degree in CSR, Communications, public relations, marketing, or related field
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to use social media channels effectively to deliver marketing content
  • Strong written/oral communications, research, proofreading, and leadership skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written Arabic, English. French is a plus.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in communication and CSR field in a
  • Multi- National Petroleum Companies
  • Use of OFFICE packages – Word, Excel, Power Point. good attention to details
