Job Description
- Will assist in the development of testing/training material and all documentation related to the HCM processes maintained within our ERP and related systems.
- Provide analysis and recommendations on the types of problems that are encountered to feed back in to design
- Defines, analyzes and proposes business solutions based on the business needs.
- Designs new system solutions by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications including, but not limited to, functional configuration, report design, integrations
- Collaborate with technical development teams when addressing aspects of new implementations, functionality enhancements, application updates and performance issues
- Must be able to work independently and/or collectively with a team and establish a positive working relationship with end users and with the IT staff.
- Develop custom reports within to provide the business with operational reports and analytics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong understanding of functional HR business processes to contribute to the design and training of our systems
- 5 to 7 years’ experience as Business Analyst role in HR /Payroll in application.
- Implementation/ support of payroll modules.
- Experience in system setup, configuration and in depth functional knowledge of HCM and Finance modules
- Experience/ Knowledge of system integration process & methodologies.
- Implementation, Consulting, Design/support experience.
- Exceptional writing skills for project and training documentation and clear verbal communication for interactions with users and team members
- Experience in gathering and writing detailed business/functional requirements and test scenarios based upon customer needs
