Job Description
- Register all incoming e-mails and faxes.
- Responsible for coordinating tasks to sales reps and indoor sales.
- Responsible for sending outgoing e-mails and faxes (English/Arabic).
- Record Bookkeeping and financial transactions.
- Follow up with customers in customer support issues.
- Communicate with freight forwarders regarding import.
- Responsible for filing system.
Job Requirements
- Good Communication skills.
- University degree from relevant field.
- Good Command of English language.
- Good Knowledge of accounting procedure.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent command of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel and Word).
