About the Job

Our client is a Multinational Consumer Electronics company in Egypt and They're looking for a Country Sales Manager for Small Home Appliances division.

Objectives:

  • Promote the Consumer Product business in the region with full ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Steer and optimize the Consumer Product business regarding the fulfillment of market share, turnover & profitability targets.
  • Define, budget and coordinate marketing & sales activities in collaboration with the countries in the region.
  • Ensure (track & adjust) overall business success e.g. prepare and support local product launches.
  • Develop best practices and establish knowledge exchange.

Main Tasks:

  • Commercial strategy
  • Activity planning & budgeting
  • Customer negotiations
  • Implementation, support & tracking
  • In-depth details will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
Job Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in either Sales or Business Development in Consumer Goods/Electronics or FMCG.
  • Proven ability to manage customers/key accounts.
  • Experienced in defining market entry / sales & marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated practice to build up country development plans (incl. target and strategy setting as well as sales initiatives).
  • Experiences in managing a P&L and allocating budget to activities (ROI).
