Amazon Middle East is looking for a Product Manager I to support the continuous improvement of customer and delivery experience in Egypt; with a focus on delivery speed/preferences, convenience and reducing fulfillment defects.
How many ship options should we offer? How fast should each be? What is the right fee for Premium/expedited ship options? How do our offers match up against competitors? Do different customer segments have different preferences? What differences should there be in delivery experience for remote areas vs. urban ones? How do we reduce fulfillment defects? How do we improve First Day Delivery Success? These are just some of the questions for this product manager to tackle. In this role you will define features and processes, drive projects end-to-end, collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions, and deeply analyze the results. You'll drive frequent experiments where there's an opportunity to learn but proceed cautiously when decisions have big implications and would be hard to change. With stakeholders across the company across retail, technology, and operations, you'll have frequent opportunities to influence significant decisions.
