Pricing:
- Receiving RFQs.
- Pricing and issuing digital, multimedia and artwork quotations.
- Revising & Validation Costs.
- Revising and confirming all releasing files of designs artwork elements, application, websites, multimedia videos and other in house
Services.
- Record clients POs.
- Preparing new rate cards for new clients and rate cards for existing client in collaboration with other Departments.
Closing gap between:
- Pending proposals with no feedback.
- Opened POs that need to be closed.
- Finalized jobs and invoiced jobs.
- Following-up proposals' feedback with the Account Manager.
- Notifying financial department with released items.
- Ensuring invoicing of closed jobs.
- Following-up quotations, invoices, POs and payment with Account Manager.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree Holder.
- Excellent English.
- Advertising Agency experience highly preferred.
- Pleasant and trustworthy.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software.
- Well-organized and detail oriented.
