Recruitment Specialist
- A reputable factory located in 6th October is hiring Recruitment Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Meet department Managers to develop specific recruitment plans.
- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, attending career fairs, contacting recruiters and using social media & job sites.
- Search, screen and select CVs. according to the applicant requirements.
- Schedule, organize and conduct interviews & related tests.
- Responsible for employee hiring processes by ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed also bank form, claim form 1 & claim form 111.
- Create fingerprint for new employees to be aligned with attendance system.
- Present orientation sessions to the new employees.
- Process transfers, promotions and terminations.
- Conduct exit interviews to prepare statistic reports and help in reducing turnover.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of any discipline.
- 1-2 year experience in the same field.
- HR diploma or certificate is a plus.
- Blue collars recruitment experience is a must
