About the Job

We are Import and Distributing Company for the small home appliances located in El-Mohandesin, we are hiring top talents to join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative who is self motivated, organized, detailed oriented with good communication skills.

Managing incoming calls and build a good rapport with clients over the phone.
Receive customer, handle and solve complaints.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer and service inquiries.
Follow up on customer interaction.
Responsible for building a trust-able relationship with existing customers and potential customers.

Job Requirements

Fresh Graduates or Experienced Profiles.
Good English and Computer Skills.
Have knowledge of maintenance of small home appliances (like Coffee Maker, Hand Blinder, Cattle,...)
Good communication & problems solving skills.
