Job Description
- Maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks.
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Manage network servers and technology tools
- Set up accounts and workstations.
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
- Build internal guide lines with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
- Perform all assigned tasks from the direct manager within the scope of department.
- Request the purchase order for the needed IT tools from the Admin Manager after stating all the technical specs
- Conduct safety checks on computer equipment.
- Support the roll-out of the new applications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Information Technology or Computer science or Computer Engineering.
- 5 – 7 Years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
- Software, hardware & systems knowledge.
- Networking.
- Excellent Command of English language skills.
