Job Description
Main Duties:
- Administrative Manager for Travco Group Head Office in Shiekh Zayed City
- Responsible for supervising all facilities of the Head Office
- Responsible for supervising all service departments of the Head Office including: Maintenance, Landscape, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Restaurant and Clinic
- Controlling cost of the Head Office restaurant
- Contributing in setting the yearly budget for the Head Office and working with all concerned departments to achieve it
- Responsible for negotiating, implementing and follow up of rental deals for properties of the company
- Dealing with governmental bodies in matters like electricity, water, permissions ..etc
Job Requirements
- Experience in facilities management especially in Hotels or Compounds
- Experience in management of restaurants/F&B is an asset
- Very good English written and spoken
- Very good computer skills especially MS word & excel
- Lives near Shiekh Zayed or 6 October
- Detail oriented
- Good leadership
- Management by objective
