Job Description
- Receive/Handle customers calls
- Create/Update CRM Case through CRM system
- Handle/Follow-up Service tickets with other Service Centers
- Archive Client Relationship Management System (“CRM) Device Receipt” and all other Service Division Documents
- Manage Service Division logistics/messengers
- Quality Assurance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must
- Ability to work under pressure
