- Organizing and maintaining files, planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Managing projects and creating reports and presentations, and providing quality customer service.
- Ensure that every phone call is handled in a professional manner.
- Dealing with incoming emails and FB messages,and keep the information updated.
- Arranging FB events and posts.
- Assists in all writing material required by top management in English or Arabic
