Job Description
- Responsible for following up on the daily work of the department.
- Responsible for reviewing all the ISO related documents regularly.
- Issuing reports when needed while considering the management recommendations and notes.
- Inspecting other departments work tasks to ensure aligning with the organization policies and procedures.
- Record any violation of the work regulations & policies and refer to it to be processed with.
- Analyzing the monthly fingerprint of employees and reporting to the payroll section head on monthly basis, while also recording the employees' days off & excuses.
- Develop a good rapport with other departments and heads.

- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills.
- Preferably related previous working experience.
- Excellent Attain to detail & accuracy skill.
- Excellent Time Management skill.
- Very good Microsoft users.
