Job Description

Result Statement: to acquire long-term, quality clients for the company in the targeted regions through the creation of the company’s positioning, marketing and sales strategies, and the development and implementation of the different marketing and sales systems.

Job Description:

  • Achieve company’s sales targets outside Egypt.
  • Support subordinates in closing deals.
  • Coach and mentor the sales team to raise their performance.
  • Periodically monitor and evaluate subordinates and provide details regarding their performance and progress.
  • Develop and implement all required marketing and sales systems, policies and procedures to ensure the department is running smoothly, seamlessly and successfully.
  • Keep up to date with domestic and global market trends, and provide recommendations to CEO accordingly.
  • Monitor internal & external market players through tracking their marketing, advertising, offerings, etc. and provide recommendations to CEO accordingly.
  • Get clients feedback after securing a deal, and take corrective actions if any negative feedback is communicated.
  • Determine reasons why a deal is not closed, what went wrong throughout the process that lead to not closing the deal, and report it to CEO.
  • Determine new products, compliment products and current products development that can enhance the company’s offering and positioning.
  • Support in closing JV deals with potential partners that can sell the company’s products and services.

Reports:

  • Subordinates Support & Evaluation Report: this report shows the degree of support the marketing manager is providing to his subordinates. The report includes number of visits the marketing manager did with the salesman to close deals, salesman responsible for the lead, dates of visits. In addition to other support, coaching or mentoring provided to any subordinate. The report will be classified by each subordinate and will include the performance evaluation for the past period. This report shall be sent quarterly to CEO/ Quality Assurance.
  • Systems Development Report: shows status of current marketing and sales systems, plan for new system, and any proposed policies and procedures. The outcome of this report is consolidated with the outcome of the same report from the Sales Manager. This report shall be sent quarterly to CEO/ Quality Assurance.
  • Sales Report: this report is sent by the sales manager to be reviewed, modified, approved and sent to the CEO/ Quality Assurance on monthly basis.
  • Market Status Report: this report is sent by the Business Development Specialist to be reviewed, discussed, modified and approved by the Marketing Manager and sent to the CEO/ Quality Assurance on Quarterly basis.
  • Complaints & Feedback Report: this report is compiled by consolidating the findings of the Feedback Report from the Sales Manager and the Complaints Analysis Report and the Surveys & Feedback Report from the Telemarketing Specialist. The Marketing Manager also adds his findings to the report. Discuss it with the team and submit it to the Quality Assurance/ CEO for review on quarterly basis.
  • Partnerships Report: this report is received and consolidated from the JV Specialist and the Lab Manager, the report shows the status of partnerships and deals pipeline for marketing purposes, enhancing the company’s offering purposes, and R&D and product development purposes. The marketing manager shall add his activities to the consolidated report and send it to the Quality Assurance/ CEO on monthly basis.
  • Marketing Performance Report: this report is prepared and consolidated by the marketing manager, and includes an analysis of all marketing efforts pursued to assess the performance of the marketing strategies, tactics and tools. The report shall include the following; lead generation analysis, conversion ratio, % of new clients added, campaigns ROI, total sales, etc.
