Job Description
- Planning and coordination of the program and its activities
- Coordinate with different instructors and provide support whenever needed
- Support growth and programs development
- Ensure implementation of policies and practices
- Follow the quality procedures and ensure effective evaluations of the programs provided
- Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
- Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
- Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations etc.)
- Prepare paperwork and order material
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as program coordinator or relevant position
- Knowledge of program management and development procedures
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to set priorities and follow through in a timely fashion.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
- Very good efficiency of English Language
- Detail-oriented and efficient
- 2-3 years of experience
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
