Job Description
- Responsible for the Head Office facility management to ensure a neat premises and to maintain the company's image.
- Responsible for paying and reviewing utility bills.
- Handling the administrative tasks related to the maintenance, land lines, purchasing…etc.
- Developing and generating all relevant reports to be submitted to the direct manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant major.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Good User of MS office.
- Negotiation, Problem solving and Communication skills.
- Good command of the English language.
