- Analyze and interpret marketing’s business goals, and Mintrics.com’s engagement goals to define customer-centric content strategy for site architecture and customer journeys
- Translate industry- and persona-specific needs into new organizational structures and interactive content flows
- Conduct content audits, and develop content plans for web, microsites, tours, forms
- Assume the role of brand storyteller blending positioning, messaging, and stats into clear, tangible narratives and engagement schemes
- Write short-form copy that delivers on digital usability, persuasion, brand, and customer delight requirements, ensuring messaging consistency and alignment to journey stages
- Craft smart, engaging copy that reveals industry and personal benefits in what otherwise are dense, technical, and marketing content dumps
- Vet content for accuracy and optimize for digital engagement and lead generation
- Make content decisions based on comprehensive metrics and analysis
Build messaging guidelines, advocating for clarity, brevity, and meaning
10 Produce articles, e-books and whitepapers on a regular basis.
