Job Description
- Develop and implement the plan for attracting new customers while maintaining present customers.
- Meet with the clients, identify their needs, and present appropriate conceptual design, space planning & ideas formulation within budgetary limitations.
- Responsible for maximizing sales and profits.
- Assists the team in planning and implementing effective sales and service plans.
- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Negotiating tender and contract terms.
- Calculating client quotations.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing with the terms and conditions.
- Administering client accounts.
- Analyzing and preparing costs and sales reports.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
- Furniture and design background are preferred.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Fluency in English language is a MUST.
- Presentable.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a car.
