Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technical Office Engineer with Experience in Costal or Tower Projects to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our architectural projects are executed to the highest technical standards. This role involves preparing technical drawings, coordinating between design and construction teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Review Shop Drawings
- Documentation and Coordination
- Material Submittals
- Quantity Surveying
- Project Execution Support
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in a technical office role, ideally on Coastal or High Rise Building projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design standards, construction materials, and quality control procedures.
- Experience in Costal projects or High Rise Building Projects
