Recently Multicare Poland has been launched which will be the entry port of the business to the European Union (EU).

Job Purpose:

We are hiring a professional candidate to act as a hub for the newly implemented CRM System as per the following details:

  • Designation: SFE Specialist
  • Location: Maadi HQ
  • Job Grade: H01/H02
  • Reporting: Marketing Manager

A. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engage with relevant internal stakeholders to implement a SFE initiative to drive the business needs and support the sales strategy
  • Provide tailored programs for Territory Design and Territory Alignment for identified products across different Business Units
  • Coordinate the develop of tailored dashboards / reports to monitor performance data and track progress ensuring they are easy to use and implement for the end user.
  • Measure the activity of the sales force and monitor their results while also aligned to the needs of relevant stakeholders
  • Monitor data analysis, sales tracking data and sales activities to support recommendations to the sales management teams to develop and improve performance of sales teams
  • Support with the development, implementation monitoring and reporting of bonus schemes for field teams across all brands
  • Handle communication with application supplier as needed to manage business requirements and/or resolve identified problems towards effective resolution
  • Bring support to operational planning, regional and key account plans
  • Participate and coordinate Segmentation & Targeting based on sources of appropriate data across all areas of stakeholder engagement
  • Ensure optimum resources utilization per Business Unit
  • Recommend changes of the structure and/or the way of working depending on the analysis of Sales Force activities and metrics
  • Develop an agreed scorecard or dashboard on a timely manner to reflect and associate qualitative and quantitative KPI's
  • Explore data, identify and discover patterns, trends, inconsistencies, etc. of internal and external market data and develop/present analysis and solutions using this data to business stakeholders (IMS Data/OneKey DB)

Job Requirements

B.Qualification/Knowledge/Experience:

  • Level of education: relevant degree
  • Experience:Previous SFE experience at Pharmaceutical Company imandated
  • Multinational experience is an advantage
  • Language :English proficiency is mandated
  • IT Literacy:Professional MS-Office knowledge especially Excel advanced capabilities (V Lookup, If Function, Pivot Table, etc)

  • Experience in all aspects of sales information including CRM systems
