Job Description
- Be a member of a larger Talent Acquisition Team by partnering and assisting colleagues at other locations to optimize company priorities and objectives.
- As Talent Acquisitions’ POC and partner to your assigned hiring managers, you will be responsible for the full talent acquisition lifecycle for their staffing needs.
- You will gain an in-depth knowledge of staffing requirements to source, attract and hire passive and active candidates.
- Conduct thorough prescreening and assessment of potential candidates.
- Assist with scheduling and be the key interview facilitator. Ensure physical and electronic files and records are accurate and entered timely to meet reporting, compliance and audit standards.
Job Requirements
- Must be Graduate engineer/diploma and 2 (+) years of demonstrates experience as a full life cycle Technical Recruiter.
- Experience in sourcing Cvs in oil & GAS , petrochemical , Mining , steel & aluminum industries.
- Experience in and an understanding of aerospace is preferred.
- Demonstrable proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Demonstrable proficiency creating Boolean searches.
- Strong background using an ATS, preferably Taleo and standard tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster,Nuakri,BAYT, Skype, etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrable ability to work autonomously and as a member of a collaborative team.
- Must be highly organized to manage competing assignments and tasks.
- Attention-to-detail and demonstrated ability to work with a high level of accuracy is essential. Comfort working in a rapidly growing environment and thrive on multi-tasking with minimal guidance.
