You will strategize, execute, and optimize our recruitment processes, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy: implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and values.Job Posting and Advertising: Create compelling job postings and advertisements, utilizing various platforms and channels to reach a diverse pool of candidates.Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through online platforms, professional networks, social media, and other channels to build a strong talent pipeline.Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing timely and constructive feedback. Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications.Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and ensure a collaborative hiring process.Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and competitor activities to make informed recommendations and improvements.What We’re Looking ForBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (Minimum 5 years) Fluent English is a must. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software. Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
