About the Job
  • Responsible for handling all incoming clients' travel details (accommodation, flight, transfers, visa)
  • Communicate with hotels all over Egypt in order to make reservations
  • Coordinate with other Aviation and relevant departments to ensure successful flight booking or incoming clients
  • Make local arrangements for incoming clients with Transfer Representatives for airport pickup and ground transfers
  • Arrange all activities for incoming clients during their stay
  • Contact local Tour guides upon request to escort clients
  • Prepare quotations and itineraries
  • Handle all customers issues with payment or cancellation
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior experience in relevant fields is a must
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic
  • Good Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and analytical skills required
