- Receives calls and/or greets visitors, takes and relays messages, responds to requests for information; provides information or directs caller/visitor to appropriate individual.
- Maintains calendars, schedules.
- Dealing with Top Management members.
- Translating all English correspondents into Arabic.
- Responsible for business trip arrangements partially.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of Business meetings.
- Respond to public inquiries.
- Maintains and/or creates files or record keeping systems. Sorts, labels, files and retrieves documents, or other materials in the department.
- Reviews incoming correspondence; initiates replies as appropriate.
- Handling out of area calls.
- Receiving and Replying Emails.
- Sending and Receiving faxes then distribute them to other administrative dep.
- Working on files archiving.
Perform other related duties as required
