Job Description
- Handling Incoming clients inquiries and recording clients information on our CRM system.
- Prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads.
- Prospecting, qualifying and generating new properties to be added to the company invetory.
- Arrange and conduct properties viewing to prospect and qualified clients.
- Act as an account manager and assist clients after sales
- Educate clients on market conditions, opportunities, legal requirements and related matters.
- Conduct other related tasks as they arise.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- 5+ years of experience , 2+ years’ experience in real estate.
- Very Good in using MS Office applications (Excel - Word – Outlook - Powerpoint).
- Very Good in performing internet research.
- Fluent in English spoken/written.
