Responsibilities:
- Operate and support our production system.
- Play role as focal point between Customer care team and technical team.
- Test new application's release before lunching for production.
- Monitor Application and DB servers, then escalate the requests when needed.
- Generate reports using SQL.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 Years of experience.
- Good Experience of SQL / Oracle is PLUS.
- Experience / good knowledge of Linux system is PLUS.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to learn new skills.
- Work under stress.
- Work in shifts and can manage on-call requests.
